A:
FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: How can I contact you?
A:
By e-mail. It's checked daily, and all e-mail are responded to. I pride myself on my customer service.
Q: Why do you ask for my phone number?
A:
In case I have questions about your order, it's quicker for you.
Q: I live in Michigan. Do you have a store I can visit?
A:
Yes, I have a booth at the Holt Farmers Market, open Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm.
Q: I have a question about my order. What should I do?
A:
If you have already placed an order, send an e-mail with your question ("Oops, I meant to order posts, not ear hooks") and include your phone number. I will call you personally to take care of your problem.
Q: How do I know what colors you have available?
A:
Swarovski Crystals come in unbelievable pallette of colors, almost any color you could want is available. When you order, if you have a certain color choice that you know the crystal color name( ex. Hyacinth), let me know. If not, just a color name (ex. Orange) will work fine. If I have questions about your choices (Pink, Ok, light pink, dark pink? Etc.), I will contact you.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A:
For most orders, shipping & handling is only $2.95, sent USPS. If you have a very large order, I will contact you with shipping options.
